have you been to a Hall of Fame Dinner lately? Not many athletic alumni unless friends or family of those being inducted. And of those attending, most are "older" alums and not recent graduates, which makes some sense since inductees are tradionally at least five years removed from their playing days.
I know for a fact that athletic alumni are on the mailing list for the event.
From what I have heard, there is a greater effort this year to reach out to former student athletes from all sports.
