the recent success of these programs gives the authors of these articles faith in the coaches and systems.
Randy brings in quality players from Australia that have played against a high level of talent....they go with it because they trust his evaluation of talent....as RW brings the Don's program along he will earn the same respect...please remember Rex is also working under a difficult AD and that also works against him both short and long term
