I failed to mention one glaring thing, a huge difference between when Greg Sempadian was in charge of this event and now Debi Gore-Mann being in charge. For those of you who don't care, don't read further.
I know all of you that have attended this event will understand and noticed this too. Greg spoke with real passion about USF and made us all feel like we were part of a family and greeted all of us like we were one. DGM speaks with no heart and treats us like we are nothing. It is just a job to her and will never be anything more, a job she should never have!
Greg used to introduce all of the men's and women's alumni in attendance at this event and have them stand up to be recognized. That wasn't done at all today, because, once again, those people aren't important. I saw at least four there, including Hall of Famers Joe Ellis and Mike Quick, Ed Thomas, and Ross Guidice.
DGM doesn't even introduce important staff in attendance like Annette Anton or Bill Henneberry, but she made sure to thank Steve Privett, of course, the only reason she still has a job. It all starts at the top and she knows whose ass to kiss the most!
SAD, VERY SAD! When will they ever admit they made a mistake? I guess when Jessie Evans wins his lawsuit!
