The problem with that approach currently is that Fr. P, Cross, DGM etc will all say that "it's the economy!" The falacy, of course, is that it had already turned when she got rid of Greg. I believe the constant turn-over is a serious internal control issue. These are the people who have control of the revenue.
Never having dealt with tax exempts, I have a question. In audits of public companies in addition to the actual audit report there was also a management report issued. This would get into operations a bit, sort of like "where did you get that idiot tax director, Dons69, what is your plan to improve." Do USF's external auditors issue something like that?
