DGM has proven to be the worst type of administrator, a liar AND a fool. Her personal hatred and selfishness, has proven time and again, is a major roadblock for any kind of stability for the athletic department. Not counting the lawsuit, her personal needs have done more harm to the department than anyone could have ever imagined.
She has crippled the department single-handedly. Hiring Greg was what was best for the school for external relations and what would've added much-needed stability. And it would've made her look competent and intelligent for the time being. With a little foresight, it was so easy to see and it was an easy hire. Simply, it would've improved the department. Instead her personal vindictive agenda - to hire anyone off the street besides Greg as Deputy AD - was and is the only thing important to her and it has created yet ANOTHER huge department blunder.
It is so evident that DGM's egocentric diabolical motives trump anything that actually might be good for the school. It's all about her and not about U.S.F.'s well-being.
