From Walter's last statement, all players had shown up to all classes, and are required to sit in the first 3 rows, so I think that covers it from the USF end.
As for Harris being an amateur, sure. But, plenty of Euro players have been suspended by the NCAA for playing in the same type of leagues that he has played in.
And, as QD said, the whole hold up with Kong was that he never became a Canadian citizen.
