When I was in college, there was tune by Eddie Cochran, called " Summertime Blues".
If the Gonzaga fans don`t get any satisfaction from their Senators, there is always their Congressman or the U.N.
Here are the lyrics from that old rock `n roll hit: "I`m gonna take two weeks gonna have a fine vacation.
I`m gonna take my problem to the United Nations.
Well, I called my Congressman and he said quote: "I`d like to help you son, but you`re too young to vote".
P.S. To get serious for a moment, the U.S. Government helped out my step-daughter and her husband and baby child. In Nov. 2004 she got political asylum for her family. The insurgents, in Colombia, had threatened her and the baby with death, if she didn`t quit working as an attorney in the D.A.`s office.
Just last week they got the paperwork finished to be permanent legal residents of the U.S. It will be a little bit longer before they become U.S. Citizens. The wheels turn slowly, but they do turn, for immigrants who have a legitimate reason for coming to the United States.
