That's a cop out RB

In your buisness career if you were given something to supervise and be accountable for (like it, or not), you did, like we all did. Cross is a senior executive (at least on paper) and AT VERY LEAST should be able to set objectives (both quantitative and qualitative) for DGM, and hold her accountable to them. She REPORTS to him. If not, USF may as well have her report to the head of the Nursing School.
