His temperature should be around 100 or so and if it is elevated more than 102 he is probably sick. You might want to give him a baby aspirin but not an adult aspirin and give him some yogurt with the aspirin. If he isn't eating or drinking that is also a sign of sickness. But if he is eating and doesn't have temp. and isn't crying out in pain chances are he isn't sick. Now, if you would give me a list of further signs of illness he has then I will get back with you.
