Hi James!
Glad you visited my site. I recall seeing your name on Gene Kirk's myfamily.com site. Which branch of the Honeycutts do you descend from? Mine are the ones that left NC and migrated to Claiborne County, TN [John Honeycutt]. I am having the hardest time connecting them to their appropriate NC ancestors. I know they relate to old Moses Honeycutt (Orange->Buncombe->Yancey Co.) but don't know exactly how yet.
I am curious if any other Honeycutt researchers believe that all the Honeycutts in America trace back to William Huncote. What is your opinion on that?
