I believe his parents would be Jacob Honeycutt m. Susannah Byrd. Jacob's parents were Moses Honeycutt b.1766 in Blackwater, Surry County, VA, d. 1851 in Yancy County, NC, m. Elizabeth Stout, then married her sister with whom he had children. She was b. 11 Sep 1765, Orange County, NC, d. June 1849. Hope this helps. I have more info if you want it. Good luck!
