Interference from regulator and refrigerator???

Hello, I've just installed a "sunguard" solar panel regulator (with "Pulse Width Modulation") and an "Isotherem" "Classic Compact" refrigeration system. They seem to work OK but both produce absolutely awful noises in my SW receiver and my cassete/CD player. Anybody out there know what's the problem and what to do about it?
