YIKES!!!! Did you replace the injectors cause they were bad or because you were "there"?? I put in a set of "stage 1" injectors in my 99, just to move a little more fuel, but did it seperate from my inj pump.
maybe throw the old injectors back in & see if that makes a difference.
Is the 04 a common rail or is it a 24V like my 99 (I think its a common rail setup)??? does it have the VP44 pump? where did you get the pump from?? I bought mine from this place call Blue Chip Diesel. Chip (the owner) is a hell of a guy. http://www.bluechipdiesel.com/index.html
