Do you think you got too much gear in it now and its blowing the tires off? I think we're in the same boat with the 57...I got 5.14 gear and when it hooks its a lot of fun (1.464 60 ft the best)- but the tires have to be right(we're in the market for a new set now) and the track as well has to be right or we'll get tire spin. I think the wheelie bars are part of it as they are unloading the tires on the hit (sometimes)....
