Buster has not been grouse hunted,only hunted on quail, but i think he would be able to handle grouse with some exposure to them, has a good nose and learns quick, very easy to handle also. He will probally average ranging up to 100- 125 yds, Will hunt closer if you want to ,he handles very good.
