Hi all,
He did almost escape once but was caught.
He worked in Ulm, or near it for the firm Kasbohrer.
Near the end of the war he was put in some sort of a castle where they were liberated.
Dad is 80 years old now and couldn't speak about it the last couple of years but he starts to talk again.
Our 2 sons collect everything of WW2 and we want to dedicate a page to him but need to know more.
Does anyone remember?
Does anyone have details.
I grew up with a dad who thought the world of American soldiers. He has always been and still is so gratefull that you guys liberated him.
