I saw your post here(02/13/05) as I was looking for information about my grandfather. My grandmother (without anyone's knowledge) had kept my grandfather's discharge records in her safe deposit box. I know that Herman Stallbaumer (my grandfather) was in Company "F" of the 324th Infantry. What I would like to know is where there is some information about the unit itself. Where did they serve, what campaign's they were in etc...
