My Father Edward was a FO with the 156 FA. I know he went over in 1944 from Boston to Cherboug, Fance. He died in 1993. I am trying to learn about his miltary service in ETO. If any one knows my father, Edward D. FitzGerald from Kingston NY and what units he may have been assigned to, please drop me a note. I know this is not a 156 site but he may have been with your unit for a period of time. I alos know he styed in Germany after the unit came back to the states.
