Does anyone remember my uncle named above? I know he was in the 44th but what Reg etc. I don't know. He had a "book" he brought home after the war that I remeber seeing about the "travels" of the 44th. My aunt used to show it to me but recently she passed away as well so,,the book and memorabilia have vanished, They had no children so I was kind of like their offspring..He was my mother's sister's husband and was from Siegersville ( Allentown) PA. He spoke PA Dutch as
