Hello,
I was wonder if anyone could recall this event. My grandfather, Walter Barry Mallon of Malone,NY,went on a reconnaissance mission into Mannheim, with three other soliders of his platoon. The three of them came back the next morning with approximately 30 german prisoners. I was just like to know if anyone knows my grandfather or has heard of this.
