I show that your uncle was part of "I" Company of the 324th, and he was from West Virginia. Unfortunately, that is the only information I can offer. If you have not already, you might want to send for his (293 File) IDPF Report. It contains information about his death. Search IDPF File on the web to find the address to send for it.
