My dad, Ira L. Phelan was the S/Sgt. for Co,B 324th. My dad passed in 1994. He, like alot of vets never talked about the war. I'll bet Jack new my dad every soldier new their S/Sgt. Thank God for men like Jack and Ira! D.P.
