I assume that CIC is the counter intelligence company - not sure if actually attached to the 44th. Bad Orb was a Stalag (POW camp) Was the grandfather a prisoner or part of liberation (which I doubt was the 44th Div as I am fairly certain this division did not liberate any POW camps. What do you want to know about Von Braun?
