Carl...I have been in contact with Amber because I believe my dad and her grandfather were friends while they served together during the war. My dad was from Iowa and also was at Fort Lewis Washington. He was injuredduring a battle and may have come back before Amber's grandfather. My father is Edward Skilling and he was from Algona,Iowa.
