Hi - I have been reading through my father's letters home from Europe to my mother in 1944/45. He was with Military Intellligence, travelling with the 44th. I just read a letter of May 2 1945 in which he describes his role in questioning the Austrians who offered to provide the information to the Americans that let to the capture of the Fern Pass. I have no names, but could type the text into a Word file and send it to you if the narrative would interest you.
