The 44th put out a "Yearbook" type hardcover book in the early 50's called "Mission Accomplished". You might try Ebay or some other auction companies and see if any are being sold. I got my dad's records from St. Louis without any problem, and I have his photo album, his diary, all his patches and pins and most other info of his active duty. Hope you can find a copy of the yearbook.
