My dad served with the 44th during WWII. All his service records were destroyed in the St. Louis fire. I would like to find out something about his activites during the War. Does anyone know where else I could look? I have a bunch of WWII pictures from Europe and would like some offical narrative to go with them. My father's name was Dean T. Campbell from Wichita, Kansas. He died in 1993. Thanks.
