My fathers name is Edward Skilling. I believe that my father and your grandfather were good friends. My father never spoke of the war much but if he did he would mention your grandfather and another individual I cannot remember at this time. I believe that if it was not your grandfather the other fellow was from Detroit. My dad was from Algona, Iowa. I know my dad was in unit as your grandfather.
