for those that don't know me. I own and maintain this 44th division website. However Hurricane Katrina destroyed all my records, artifacts, keepsakes, info, rosters ,lists, uniforms..etc. it was safely stored in the attic, BUT the 20 foot tidal surge put a foot of water into my attic and the house was submerged for 7 days...the ceilings and attic collapsed and everything fell into the flood water. as my late dad would say "...all is kaput.." So please keep using the site and helping one another out, but I am of little use since I have no more reference material. P.S. living in Colorado now Mr. Bob....hope you faired better than us.
