There are two Clifford books in a 12-book Clifford Phonics Fun series (each book is very short and focuses on one skill) where the skill is Irregular Plurals. I bought the series at a Shopko store, but I've also seen them in Scholastic orders. The stories aren't literary masterpieces, but they do use irregular plurals (teeth, wolves, sheep, leaves, children, women, men, people). The rest of the series focuses on some useful things, too, like possessives, past tense endings, etc.
Another book that has at least a few irregular plurals is "Mice are Nice." I don't know the author, but it was a Scholastic offering last year.
