Posted by slp100 I am sure many of you have seen the magnetic story boards and many of you probably use them often for thematic units. I have found buying all of them is too expensive so I make my own. I have purchased 1 cheap cookie sheet and magnetic inkjet paper. I have then either taken photos of scenes/objects I want or used online photos/clip art and printed them out on the magnetic paper. I print one 8x11 scene and place that on the cookie sheet and then cut out the individual pictures. And then you have a customized magentic story/scene board.
