You could have a birthday party. I use small figures like the ones you can get in happy meals etc., or you could use little people. This way you can incorporate verbs, prounouns and "wh" questions.
Verbs: eating (cake), opening (gift-"what is it?"), dancing, playing, singing ("what are they doing?", "when do you sing?", knocking ("who's there?") etc.
Pronouns: his b-day, her gift, my cake etc.
