There is an excellent book called Phonology for Groups: Thematic Activities for Everyday Settings.The author is S. Sue Berman. It is published by Communication Skill Builders and is available through Pro-Ed.It incorporates a phonological approach to remediation by varying themes including:nature day; going for a bike ride; baking fun; going to the state fair; a trip to the apple orchard; visiting a farm... As you can see, it is very comprehensive and comes complete with target sound pictures, small-group activities, music, art, and a newsletter. Please check this out. I think that you will find it very useful.
