Posted by esuzie76 on 5/6/2004, 4:22 pm If you are passing out cookies or a snack to your children, don't give him one right away. Make him ask for the snack too. You can do the same thing with crayons, glue, toys, etc. Give him bubbles or something else that he likes with a lid. Make him ask for help to get the lid off. Anytime he wants to play with anything or do something he needs help with, make him ask you for it. These are just some ideas, but they've worked for me in the past. Make using languge a necessity, not an option. Good luck!!!!!!
