For spring you could make little butterflies or something like that out of construction paper (do you have access to a die-cast machine?). On each butterfly you could write different things like "Name something with your sound," or "Put all your butterflies back," "Take an extra butterfly," etc, with the goal being to get the most butterflies at the end. This could be adapted for any seasonal theme. I do this with a lot of themes and the preschool kids love it!
