I know this comes late after Valentine's Day, but maybe you can use it for next year. I buy the larger sized conversation hearts for all of my students (artic, language, or fluency). Using what each heart has written on it, they then write sentences or say sentences using what was written on the heart. They love this! I have even given them sentence strips and let them glue the actual candy heart onto the strip in place of those words.
