I have been working for a high school with aspergers for over two years... I've done so many games such as Scattergories, Guesstures,Taboo, or even hot potato is a hit!(I use this potato and lay out a wksht for each kid, when the music stops they must answer any of the questions behind the paper whether it have to do with inferences, idioms, etc.)...Hope this helps!
