I haven't been sending homework with my middle school kids either, because I haven't had much success getting them to actually do it! I have also had difficulty finding incentives that they respond to so that they will do homework. I'm doing well if I can get them to participate in therapy, so I just go with therapy activities. I'm interested in what others suggest about this difficult to motivate population.
