There is a 'Hyperlexia Kit" that has has a book of stories with flash cards. First you go over the vocabulary by matching the word to the picture, and then you read the story. There are higher level stories that include within them sequencing activities, WH activities, and more. I really like this program. I don't have the name of the publisher, but it is titled "Hyperlixia Kit" I believe. Hope this helps.
