I hate having to write things over and over....so I have made several copies of my daily schedule and in each box along with the times/names of students, I write the materials I need (which also helps organize me) and a few words about what/why we are doing what we do. I have each child's goals and objectives near and can cross-reference them to the lesson plan/schedule sheet. I can also tally on that sheet and have it available for review for progress reports. One of the best organization tips I've gotten is to keep a regular teacher attendance book for noting minutes for medicaid billing. It's takes just seconds.
