I put together a "book" (packet) of questions for each of my students to answer (1-5 grade). The questions are basic "getting-to-know you" questions. The reason I like this is because although each child is getting the same packet, you can adapt it to each student and his/her goals. It's great for those working on "WH" questions, syntax, articulation, ect.
