I have used color me fluent and really liked it. It would be very appropriate for that setting. But number one recommendation would be "The Child and Adolescent Stuttering Treatment and Activity Resource Guide" by Peter R Ramig
it seriously tells you everything you need to know and spells it out in a way that is easy to understand. I can't stress enough how helpful that book has been to me. It is available on amazon, just google it and you will find some links.
