I go into 2 first grade rooms and a kindergarten room everyweek. I do not do worksheets. I take things I am doing with my language groups in therapy and adapt them to the classroom. This past month we have been doing categorie so I take two dice...one with numbers and one that I have modified to include a category for each side. So the kids roll both dice and if they get a 2 and the category food they list 2 foods. I write them on the board so we don't repeat and move on. The kids love this! It is fun and the kids have learned so much this year. I vary the "game" and concept week to week.
