Oriental has some sports sticker scenes. I am starting to use the sticker scenes a lot for carryover, sentence structure, etc. Make a character from the sceen and say a two to three word utterance-i.e. "play soccer" increase "boy plays soccer", "the boy plays soccer". Increase vocab. with the different sticker items. Can write target word, phrases, etc. on the back. Sometimes for carryover, I go to communicationconnects.com and have the children dictate a story to me, trying to use as many of their target sounds as possible- I print the story and glue it on the back of their sticker scene and have them read it to different people- me, class, parents, teacher, etc.
