I do not turn in lesson plans. It would be very difficult and no one would be able to read them. The classroom teachers have theirs available for the principal and some principals have them turn it in weekly and other principals don't.
Is the request from your principal? Do other SLPs need to turn in plans too?
If you can't get out of it then just use the IEP goal & objective page and turn it in with the dates you saw the student. That is our lesson plans.
