Check out www.mes-english.com. They have a soccer, football, and baseball template. Use a penny as the ball and make up cards that say "Move ahead 10 yards" or "Move back 10 yards" or "Score", etc. Before the child can pick up a card and move the penny, he has to do a speech activity.
