I work with a 6th grader who does the same thing. The DCD teacher who also works with him began to use a Board Maker picture with the words "No movie talk" typed on it. She worked with him using pairing the picture and a reward system. Eventually, he only needed the picture and a verbal reminder "No movie talk". Now, all we have to do is point to the picture and he stops the behavior.
