At least 1 of these has always worked for me: using a toy car, have the child drive fast, then put on the brakes ("R-r-r-r"); Have them sound like a siren on a firetruck "R-r-r", Pretend to be a pirate with a hook-hand "Ar-r-r" AND FINALLY JUST SAYING "EUREKA". We chew our tongues in the back like bubblegum, then try "r-r" Hope one of these works!
