I use open-ended games that accomodate groups with different goals. A few of my favorites are Crocodile Dentist (Toys-R-Us), Let's Go Fishing (Walmart) and Poppa's Pizza Pile-up (Super Duper). I have each student take their turn working on their individual goal and then they get to take a turn. My kids love these games. I have also use sticker charts to enforce good behavior and participation. I like to use charts with five rows across and then I give them stickers in the boxes for staying on task and good behavior and if they fill all five boxes they get a piece of candy or it simply adds up until the chart if full (about 5 different rows) and then they can pick a candy or prize.
