two more excellent books to keep players busy over the Summer months....
-"Winning Chess Tournaments for Juniors" by Robert Snyder is a very uesful book for competitive players. It covers training and condtioning for players, rules, psychology of competition, many strategies in openings, tactics, endgames.A GREAT read for everyone!
- "Rapid Chess Improvement" by Michael de la Mazza. Great book to make you a tactical wizard! You must follow the programme called The Seven Circles; it is an investment of time and work but it will pay off;the end result is you will complete 1000tactical problems in one day!!!!Highly recommended for players who want to see great improvement in 120 days!!!!!!
Good luck and remember" no pain no gain"!!!!!
